Problem Solving: 2008-2009 Grade 6 Math Mix
The Doctor doesn't like puny sixth graders.
Problem solving is a strange class, no matter when it happens or who is in the room. We met once a week without any formal testing or homework. It is geared to support the regular math classes. This was a small group of good people. We did some quality test prep work in a very relaxed atmosphere. I will probably end up with a lot of them for Math in the 8th grade. We had some good fun with brain teasers and often discussed what they can expect in their futures regarding tests, high school, and never using "Impact Backtracking" again as long as blood flows through my veins. It was mix from 607, 608, 609, 610, 611, 612, and 614. |
