PD 4: 2011-2012 Digital Media

This was the innaugural year for the Digital Media Program, a.k.a. Cinemagic. Mr. Buro kicked off the year with a few flip cameras, some slow laptops, a helmet camera, and some hopes and dreams.

The hopes and dreans were quickly squashed when we received notice that essentially recording was going to be made next to impossible. The class then morphed into a television and film analysis class that focused on technique.

The group of students was a nice bunch with a WIDE range of personality and character. This lead to some good times and good discussion. I only wish we got to develop further as film makers because we would have been able to put together a good thing. A rocky start to a program, but a neccessary one. Good luck - I'm out. Thank you to the class, for all the good times and good movies.
