PD 5: 2015-2016 Computer Aided Design

This was the first year I began to shift the SI TECH CAD experience to the next level. We began exploring more depth, prepared for Certiport earlier, and went into full 3D for the Spring term.

This class had a lot of heavy hitters in the Buro CAD world. Louis Saccaro worked with me a lot on special projects for the community and school. Samantha Sette's house design is an example I use in class for a luxurious, unique design. Yousef worked heavily on engineering a phone attachment before graduating. There are still others that went beyond, and I cannot mention all. Lastly I will give honor where it is due to Bahij, who is the father of 3D printing and prototyping at SI Tech. We would not have 3D printers, CNC machines, or a laser cutter without his guidance and input and maintenance. Today he runs a successful 3D Printer sales and service company called Fulament.

Regarding their performance, they were great! A LOT of mixing of artistic talent and CAD skills. Thank you to everyone in this class for making it a great year
