PD 1: 2016-2017 Advanced Computer Aided Design

A rebirth of Advanced CAD at Tech through my eyes. Lessons learned. Senior classes don't function well during period 1 and they also don't function well after March. Solution - make the class half juniors and a stringent application to select properly motivated candidates.

Some heavy hitters returned for a second round of CAD to develop their skills, take more certifications, and create a portfolio. Happy to say many of them are pursuing STEM college majors and eventually careers.

Really good performers in this class, many of them remain in touch with me.
