PD 2: 2017-2018 Computer Aided Design

Continued redefinition of CAD at Tech through my eyes. We now study AutoCAD  in the Fall and Revit in the Spring for a fresh 3D experience. The students enjoy building their own homes and structures. Individuals expressing interest in other CAD suites can now diverge. Building Information Management (BIM) becomes a focus of discussions as well - a fourth dimension of design.

Wonderfully skilled students in this class. Some later would return to Advanced CAD. Some leaders emerged from this group to go on to wonderful opportunities in college.

I encourage  many of them to remain in touch with me to this day, as we always help each other beyond graduation.
